I’ve been so drawn to that quote lately.
Peace and Conflict Studies is really not the most uplifting class, and together with international relations…i’ve been bombarded with pessimism and reasons to doubt the goodness of human nature.

Twenty-four hours.
It always seemed like so much time when you thought about it….. yesterday.
Yesterday it seemed like enough hours to gain sufficient knowledge about international relations to be able to breath again…and stop shaking from the 5 hour energy-exhaustion-adrenaline induced fervor I find myself in,
enough hours to escape the fake light of the library for an hour or two, eat a huge salad...
